Iranian bread (also known as persian bread) has an irresistible aroma and a delicious tatse. This light, crusty bread is made from a mixture of whole wheat and white flour and baked in a special kind of oven called Tanoor.
We don't bake this kind of bread at home because it's available daily at the local bakeries. You can buy it plain (as the photo shows) or sprinkled with sesame seeds or nigella seeds.
