Have you ever hated a thing without tasting it? I had, And it was peanut butter. Why? I cant't remember the reason. But after watching those delicious pictures of peanut butter desserts in different cooking magazines, i decided to cut my suspicions. So i looked for simple yet acceptable recipe for a new taster like me.
The recipe that i tried and liked was featured in San Francisco Chronical by Flo Braker, she suggest serving the peanut butter loaf cake plain with butter or jelly, but i drizzeled it with white chocolate ganache and sprinckeld some salted peanuts on top. You can use either creamy or crunchy peanut butter with good results.
